Asdra is headquartered in Bangkok, Thailand, with offices in Singapore and the United States. In the coming months, Asdra will expand operations by opening additional offices in Asia, Europe, and Latin America.

What Asdra does?
Asdra is a decentralized financial infrastructure and blockchain protocol that introduces some unique concepts and theories into the market. The network leverages a native utility token, a stable token pegged fiat, a private ledger layer, exchange & remittance later, and smart contracts to bring users programmable money for the internet. The project offers multiple stable tokens options that provide instant settlement. To accomplish this task, Asdra relies on a price-stability algorithm that actively alters the monetary supply of an asset to retain value. In this way, Asdra can provide users with lower fees, more stability, seamless cross-border exchanges, and highly responsive financial assets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain UIs that enable users to interact with network infrastructure.
• Build UIs that are simple, elegant and powerful.
• Collaborate with your team and teams across ASDRA to deliver solutions and evolve products.
• Maintaining and expanding the team-specific design system.
• Producing high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
• Conducting user research to test interactive prototypes, UI elements, and UX flows Collaborating with developers, other company designers and the Project Manager to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the digital user.
• Providing advice and guidance on the implementation of UX methodologies and testing activities in order to analyze and predict user behavior.
• Ability to enforce and adhere to set company visual standards.

Key Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in hands-on development and Web UX &UI design.
• Front-end development skills related to CSS/CSS3, Javascript, HTML5, NPM, YARN.
• Experience with one or more front-end frameworks such as ReactJS, AngularJS, EmberJS.
• Experience using RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
• Opportunity to enhance APIs.
• Strong organizational, communication and presentation skills.
• Strong ability to prioritize, deliver on aggressive deadlines and drive closures.
• High level ownership, self-sufficient, hands-on leader to drive quality and maintain application stability.
• Programming languages: Javascript.
• Passion for building a rich and innovative user experience.
• Rigorous attention to detail.
• MUST INCLUDE: Portfolio / Design samples for consideration.
