What Asdra does?
Asdra is a decentralized financial infrastructure and blockchain protocol that introduces some unique concepts and theories into the market. The network leverages a native utility token, a stable token pegged fiat, a private ledger layer, exchange & remittance later, and smart contracts to bring users programmable money for the internet. The project offers multiple stable tokens options that provide instant settlement. To accomplish this task, Asdra relies on a price-stability algorithm that actively alters the monetary supply of an asset to retain value. In this way, Asdra can provide users with lower fees, more stability, seamless cross-border exchanges, and highly responsive financial assets.

  • Design and execute strategies to increase and optimize revenue and user growth for its products, this includes working at the awareness, acquisition and activation stages as well as building out marketing and product features to drive user retention and referrals.
  • Coordinate with marketing team analytics and product management to find and implement creative, unconventional and cost-efficient channels to build a customer base as well as supplier base and grow the business.
  • Creating and executing (hands-on) on marketing strategies which will include combining organic marketing such as SEO with paid performance marketing through paid search/Google Ads, paid social (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram), affiliate channels and programmatic display
  • Experimenting and identifying channels to test, running tests, perform customer/audience segmentation analysis, develop social media presence and find ways to optimize these channels.


Key Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in global brand marketing experience, ideally advertising specific and with an emphasis on production and integrated communications.
  • Thorough understanding of integrating design, business, marketing, engineering and stakeholder teams to clarify campaign objectives, define Growth goals and strategy, execution, and delivery processes.
  • Stellar executive written and verbal communication skills. Able to present ideas simply in presentations and documents across a range of partner perspectives.
  • Successful experience in supporting multiple concurrent projects, across the various products.
  • Ability to prioritize, plan, and articulate ideas into easy to consume presentations and briefs.
  • Deeply detail oriented and organized. Obsessive about managing process and details to drive scale and results.
  • A phenomenal problem solver with a strong work ethic.
  • The ability to learn and react quickly to new information.
  • Shown ability to meet deadlines and get results while balancing many projects and priorities.
  • Experience with driving continuous improvements in quality and testing practices.
  • Good understanding of life cycle marketing.
  • Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills.
  • Results-oriented, upbeat and self-starter.
  • Passion for the world of cryptocurrency and related ecosystems.
