What Asdra does?
Asdra is a decentralized financial infrastructure and blockchain protocol that introduces some unique concepts and theories into the market. The network leverages a native utility token, a stable token pegged fiat, a private ledger layer, exchange & remittance later, and smart contracts to bring users programmable money for the internet. The project offers multiple stable tokens options that provide instant settlement. To accomplish this task, Asdra relies on a price-stability algorithm that actively alters the monetary supply of an asset to retain value. In this way, Asdra can provide users with lower fees, more stability, seamless cross-border exchanges, and highly responsive financial assets.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Co-Founder and President to help ASDRA meet its near-term objectives and pursue its long-term mission.
  • The Analysis of activity within the company’s industry and industry trends to create and develop the best and most effective business plans and establish realistic and meaningful KPIs.
  • Manage the commercial, sales teams, developer team and marketing team with the goal of improving key metrics.
  • Lead media engagement in knowledge, skills and attitude including interviews, representation in external conferences, workshops, and other marketing initiatives.
  • Provide financial and revenue support to the rest of the company’s team of executives.
  • Suggestions for corrective action if sales are below the budget.

Requirements: 

Key Qualifications

  • Fluency in English.
  • Extensive experience of sales leadership, commercial deal development and sales execution in warranty and insurance services.
  • Deep understanding of the B2C and B2B service business and go-to-market strategies for extended service and support agreements.
  • Established strong business network at Senior Executive level - you will have proven ability in managing senior executive relationships, both externally and internally.
  • You will demonstrate a passion, energy and focus on developing and growing multi-million dollar business programs globally.
  • Demonstrated success providing vision and strategy while leading and developing high- performance teams in a dynamic, global organization.
  • Successful leader with multi-channel management experience, including channel development skills at the scale ASDRA needs.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Proven effective relationship builder within a matrix environment at regional, local and World wide levels.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, you should be a strong leader who has the ability to motivate a substantial team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. This includes enabling effective partnerships across ASDRA. (WW Training, Product Marketing, Sales Leaders etc.)
  • Solid understanding of fundamental regional and national law in each country implications in key areas such as labor, competition or copy right as well as regulatory principles in each country.
  • You know yourself, open to their feedback and relate well to all kinds of people. When faced with a challenging opportunity, you know who to connect with and when. People know you as a true collaborator who knows what it takes to win.
